DEFINITION

A "CMA Report gives the direction to the; Capital, Credit, and Debt Stack Structure" which refers to the layered arrangement of different types of funding used to finance a project, each layer represents another source of capital with varying levels of risk and priority for repayment, with the most senior debt (like a bank loan) at the bottom and equity (owner investment) at the top; essentially showing the order in which investors will be paid back if the project is liquidated.
